Our Process

The quick color change powder system is integrated into our monorail line. Combining a 10-stage zinc phosphate spray system with both ecoat and powder provides superior finish and corrosion resistance. With the powder system in line, this gives us the capability of only applying a zinc phosphate coating before powder. This helps us achieve better corrosion results than the typical iron phosphate powder systems.
