Our Electrocoat process features a brand new 7-stage pre-treatment system with zinc phosphate, 3 post rinses and a state-of-the-art bake oven to cure the paint.

Electrocoating is a process in which paint film is evenly deposited on all surfaces by the passage of an electric current between the object and the other electrode while immersed in a bath of water-thinned, environmentally friendly paint.
